As part of its efforts to enhance women's economic empowerment in rural Idlib, SYCAC launched the "Towards Women's Economic Independence" initiative under the project "Empowering Women and Youth as Key Partners in Building Resilient Communities in Northwest Syria." The initiative aims to support women in accessing sustainable income sources and building their capacities in home-based entrepreneurship.
The initiative’s activities include:
- Hands-on training on dairy and cheese production
- Training on marketing skills for products
- Promoting products by designing a brand identity and launching advertising campaigns on social media
- Organizing a product launch exhibition, alongside hosting a "Community Dialogue Café"
