SYCAC Organization conducted a specialized two-day training in Afrin for beneficiaries of the Livestock Support Project, aiming to strengthen their capacity to market poultry products and transform home-based production into a more sustainable source of income.
The training covered a range of practical topics, including the fundamentals of marketing, production planning, cost calculation and pricing, market analysis and customer needs assessment, as well as an introduction to different marketing channels, promotional strategies, quality standards, and the importance of building long-term relationships with customers. These skills will help beneficiaries strengthen their businesses and improve their prospects for long-term success and sustainability.
This training is part of SYCAC Organization’s integrated support approach, which goes beyond providing production inputs to equipping women with the knowledge and practical skills needed to grow their businesses, increase their income opportunities, improve livelihoods, and promote long-term self-reliance.
This project is funded by BMZ and implemented in partnership with Welthungerhilfe (WHH).
