As part of the ongoing training series to enhance the capacities of community-based organizations in Northern Aleppo, the third session of Project Management training was held, with the participation of 16 trainees (8 males - 7 females) from the program departments within the selected CBOs.
The session focused on the following key topics:
- Problem tree and objective tree: Participants were taught how to analyze the main issues facing target communities and develop clear objectives based on these analyses to ensure the design of effective projects.
- Logical framework: The session covered how to structure projects using a logical framework, ensuring that each component of the project is interconnected and contributes to the achievement of the set goals.
- Indicators: Participants learned how to develop performance indicators to effectively track project progress and ensure the achievement of desired outcomes.
This session aimed to strengthen participants' abilities to analyze problems, develop effective solutions, build solid logical frameworks for their projects, and measure progress through performance indicators.
