The Project Management training sessions, organized by SYCAC to strengthen the capacities of CBOs in Northern Aleppo, continue with the participation of 16 trainees (8 males - 7 females) from the program department within the selected CBOs.
The sessions focused on several crucial topics, including:
- Project Implementation Plan: How to develop an effective plan for implementing projects to achieve the desired outcomes.
- Risk Management: Understanding strategies for risk management and addressing potential challenges.
- People Management: Developing team management skills and enhancing collaboration for optimal results.
- Budget Management: How to prepare and monitor budgets to ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Change Management: How to handle changes that may arise in projects and ensure flexible execution.
- Supply Chain Management: Understanding the mechanisms of supply chain management to ensure the timely availability of resources and services.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL): How to monitor and evaluate performance, ensure transparency and accountability, and derive lessons learned.
- Information and Knowledge Management: Developing effective systems for managing information and ensuring knowledge transfer within teams.
This training aims to empower the teams to prepare and develop their future projects more effectively, contributing to a positive and sustainable impact on the communities they serve.
