Marketing, Financial Planning, and Business Feasibility training - Second group

In the world of business, having a good idea is not enough you must also know how to market it, plan for its growth, and make confident decisions based on knowledge and data.

Within the RE-SEED project, SYCAC Organization in Gaziantep continued implementing the training titled “Marketing, Financial Planning, and Business Feasibility” for the second cohort of women entrepreneurs through an intensive five-day program that combined practical application with strategic business development perspectives.

Throughout the training, participants worked toward gaining a deeper understanding of their businesses, starting from market analysis and customer behavior, to developing more effective digital marketing strategies. The program also focused on strengthening financial planning skills, interpreting financial statements and indicators, understanding financing mechanisms, preparing feasibility studies, and making more informed investment decisions.

What distinguished this phase was the high level of engagement and ambition demonstrated by the participants. The sessions evolved into a dynamic space for exchanging experiences, testing ideas, and discussing the real challenges faced by emerging businesses, while drawing inspiration from practical experiences and success stories in e-commerce and professional digital presence development.

At SYCAC Organization, we do not aim to deliver conventional trainings; rather, we work to build a comprehensive journey that enables women entrepreneurs to transform their businesses into more sustainable, competitive, and growth-oriented models.

This activity is implemented under the project “Resilient Employment and Socio-Economic Development in Earthquake-Affected Areas in Türkiye (RE-SEED)”, co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and implemented by GIZ in partnership with the Union of Municipalities of Türkiye (TBB) and SYCAC.
