SYCAC launched the first training program titled “Leadership and People Management” as part of the project to strengthen the capacities of CBOs in North Aleppo. The training was attended by the leaders of the eight community-based organizations that were previously selected.
The training program aims to develop the leadership skills of team leaders and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their performance. Focusing on these key skills will enable the teams to execute their projects more successfully and make a tangible positive impact on the communities they serve.
Through the program, SYCAC seeks to promote teamwork and collaboration between different teams, as well as build the capacities of community organizations to improve their performance and achieve their goals effectively.
We look forward to achieving fruitful results through this training program, and we hope that this training will contribute to further achievements and progress for the participating organizations and the communities they serve.
