With a group of women entrepreneurs in #Gaziantep present, the SYCAC organization held an open dialogue session. The goal was to foster constructive discussion and exchange experiences on the impact of entrepreneurship on integration with the host community.
The session explored various issues concerning women entrepreneurs in Turkey, including challenges, immediate and strategic needs, and potential opportunities in the Turkish labor market.
By the end of the session, several recommendations were made regarding the launch of practical training programs to enhance the practical awareness among women project owners in Turkey.
