As part of the "Empowering Women and Youth as Key Partners in Building Resilient Communities in Northwest Syria" project, SYCAC has launched the sixth training module on "Initiative design and writing" The session brought together 16 participants (9 women – 7 men) from selected local organizations.
The session covered several key topics, including:

✅ Areas of community initiatives
✅ Importance of community initiatives
✅ Different types of initiatives
✅ Designing community initiatives
✅ Discussion on identified issues
✅ Problem analysis using the problem tree method
🎯 Training Objective:
By the end of this training, participating teams will be equipped to develop and implement community initiatives within their areas of work, contributing to sustainable and impactful change.
