Health Awareness Sessions for Women in Jinderes

As part of efforts to strengthen community health awareness, health awareness sessions were conducted under the facilitation of community health facilitators who had previously received training on the fundamentals of reproductive health, healthy nutrition, and family planning. The sessions targeted women in the community with the aim of transferring knowledge and promoting healthy practices.

These sessions were implemented under the “Pulse of Life” initiative by the Ladies for Change Team, with the support and supervision of SYCAC. The trained facilitators served as an effective link in delivering reliable health information in ways that reflect women’s realities and needs.

SYCAC’s role in supporting these sessions reflects its commitment to disseminating health knowledge and empowering women to become sources of awareness within their communities, ensuring sustainability of impact and contributing to improved family and community health over the long term.

SYCAC believes that investing in health awareness is an investment in healthier, more dignified, and more stable lives for women and their families.

This project is funded by BMZ and implemented in partnership with Welthungerhilfe (WHH).
