As part of the Empowering Women and Youth as Key Partners in Building Resilient Communities in Northwest Syria project, the fourth session of the Conflict Analysis Training was held yesterday, with 16 participants (4 males - 12 females) from local organizations.

The session focused on the following topics:

- The Concept of the Conflict Triangle: The conflict triangle was explained as being based on three key elements:

*Context: The environment in which the conflict occurs.
*Attitudes: The perceptions of the different parties involved in the conflict.
*Behavior: The actions and reactions that result from the conflict.

- Conflict Dynamics: Participants explored the visible and hidden dimensions of conflicts and how to address each to gain a comprehensive understanding.

- The Conflict Onion Tool: The session introduced the conflict onion tool as a method for understanding conflict by analyzing its different layers, from surface issues to deep-rooted causes.

The aim of this session was to empower participants with a deeper understanding of conflict dynamics and to equip them with effective tools for deconstructing and addressing conflict elements more efficiently within their communities.
