- Identifying challenges and obstacles: Understanding the key challenges entrepreneurs face during the implementation of their projects, whether financial, technical, or legal.
- Bridging the gaps: Identifying skill gaps or resource deficiencies that entrepreneurs need to address in order to further develop their businesses.
This step aims to empower entrepreneurs by providing sustainable support tailored to their actual needs, through specialized training programs and consultations, as well as equipping them with the necessary tools to enhance their success and ensure the sustainability of their projects.
