In light of the rapid digital transformation, a foundational training on digital skills and the use of modern software was launched under the “Tech for Tomorrow” initiative, implemented by the Anbar Community Team with the support and supervision of SYCAC.
The training targeted young women and men and focused on equipping them with essential digital skills that have become a necessity today, including the use of office software, digital communication and remote work tools, and basic content management principles. These skills contribute to enhancing youth access to education, employment opportunities, and meaningful community participation.
The importance of this training lies in its role in opening new pathways for youth to integrate into the evolving labor market and enabling them to keep pace with technological developments—particularly in a context where access to quality, specialized training remains limited in rural areas.
SYCAC’s role in supporting such trainings stems from its commitment to youth empowerment and capacity building, through backing community-led initiatives that respond to real needs and contribute to creating sustainable future opportunities grounded in knowledge and digital competencies.
