Al-Nira Committee: A Story of Rebuilding Hope Step by Step with SYCAC

In a small village worn down by crises, and amid challenges that touched every home, the Al-Nira Committee decided to be a voice of hope, not an echo of pain.

Through the SYCAC project, committee members received intensive training in facilitation, protection, and community dialogue, becoming a true nucleus for positive change.

Instead of waiting for solutions from outside, they designed the “SYCAC Hope Path” initiative – a project that combined simplicity with depth, addressing both immediate needs and long-term vision.

The story of the Al-Nira Committee is not a project that ended; it is a journey that has begun. It is a message from rural Syria:

"When we work together, we create a new reality… a reality filled with hope and life."
