Within the framework of the project to empowering women and youth as key partners in building resilient communities in northwestern Syria, SYCAC launched a dialogue facilitation skills training with the participation of 16 trainees (11 females and 5 males) from selected local organizations.
The goal of this training module is to equip participants with the necessary skills to facilitate community dialogues effectively, build trust and mutual understanding among participants, and contribute to peaceful coexistence and conflict resolution within their communities.
