Aligned with our vision to economically empower women and create opportunities for them to launch their own businesses, we are pleased to announce the launch of the "Hands of the Future" Initiative in Talil Sham Village, rural Azaz.
🔹 Main Objective:
To improve the economic status of displaced and local women by training them in food production industries, such as dairy, cheese, and pastry making. This initiative aims to support women in starting their own businesses and securing sustainable income for their families.
🔹 Beneficiaries:
25 direct beneficiaries (women heads of households).
🔹 Key Activities of the Initiative:
1️⃣ Food Production Training:
Training 25 women divided into two groups: one focused on dairy and cheese production, and the other on pastry and sweets making.
2️⃣ Online Peer Learning Session:
Facilitating an online session where displaced and local women can share experiences, exchange cultural insights about food production, and learn from successful practices.
3️⃣ Providing Work Equipment:
Equipping each trainee with the necessary tools to start their own food production business.
4️⃣ Product Exhibition:
Organizing a one-day exhibition to showcase the products created by participating women. The event will be attended by 50 traders and organizations interested in economic empowerment.
Objective: To connect women with local markets and foster sustainable collaboration opportunities.
