As part of our ongoing efforts to build the capacity of Community Committees, we are excited to announce the launch of the first training module, titled "Conflict Management and Peacebuilding Training." This module is part of a series of training sessions aimed at enhancing the role of Community Committees in four areas of Afrin countryside: Kafrshil, Al-Nireh, Lower Kafardali, and Upper Kafardali.
The training brings together 11 selected participants from the Community Committees, who were carefully chosen during the preliminary stages. The 10-day intensive training will provide a comprehensive program that combines both theoretical and practical components to ensure effective learning and application.
