Launching conflict analysis training in northwest Syria

As part of the Empowering Women and Youth as Key Partners in Building Resilient Communities in Northwest Syria project, today marked the launch of the first session of Conflict Analysis Training, attended by 16 participants (12 females - 4 males) from selected organizations across four regions in Northwest Syria.

Session Topics:

Conflict Concept: Participants explored the concept of conflict as defined by various schools of thought, with real-life examples.
Conflict Stages: The participants discussed the stages of conflict development, from natural differences to stages of conflict and violence.

Through this training, we aim to empower 8 selected organizations to enhance their capacity in conflict analysis and management, contributing to stability of local communities.
