As part of the "Towards Economic Independence for Women" initiative, implemented by SYCAC in collaboration with the Athar Team, a practical training on dairy and cheese production was organized for women, aiming to equip them with vocational skills that can be transformed into a sustainable source of income.
The training seeks to strengthen women's economic capacity by providing them with hands-on knowledge and proper techniques to produce high-quality dairy products, opening up opportunities to start small home-based businesses that meet local market needs.

- Introduction to types of milk and processing methods
- Steps to produce cheese, labneh, and yogurt
- Food safety and hygiene standards in production
- Practical sessions to prepare marketable dairy products
