Communications and Branding Training Northern Aleppo

As part of strengthening the capacities of community-based organizations in Northern Aleppo, SYCAC launched a training program on "Communications and Branding," engaging 8 participants (3 males and 5 females) from staff members in these organizations.

The training covered several key areas, including:

- Understanding Communication and Its Elements: Grasping foundational elements of communication to establish effective engagement.
- Objectives of Communication: Defining the strategic goals communication seeks to achieve within the community context.
- Sender’s Persona: Examining the sender’s role and characteristics that can either enhance or hinder effective communication.
- Types and Levels of Communication: Outlining different communication types and levels and how to navigate them.
- Communication Barriers and Solutions: Identifying common communication obstacles and strategies for overcoming them.
- Effective Listening Skills Exercise: A focused activity to cultivate active listening as an essential part of the communication process.

This training aims to empower participants with the skills to communicate effectively and build a distinctive organizational identity, contributing to more impactful engagement and reinforcing the brand identity of community-based organizations within society.
