A workshop for women within the "She Cleans, Life Runs" initiative

As part of the "She Cleans, Life Flows" initiative, an introductory session was held for the women selected as beneficiaries under the cash-for-work scheme.

The workshop was an important step in empowering the participating women and familiarizing them with all aspects of the initiative. The session covered the following topics:

🔹 The objectives of the initiative in supporting the local community through temporary job opportunities and improving irrigation infrastructure.
🔹 The work mechanism to be followed during the canal cleaning activities.
🔹 The available complaints system and how to submit complaints with full transparency and confidentiality.
🔹 Details regarding daily working hours and the overall project duration.
🔹 The importance of commitment and consistency in work to achieve the desired impact.
