As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the capacities of community-based organizations in Northern Aleppo, the third session of the "Leadership and People Management" training was held with the participation of leaders from the selected community organizations. This session focused on key topics aimed at building strong and effective teams capable of achieving their goals efficiently.
The topics covered during the session included:
- General Definitions of Teams: Discussing fundamental concepts of teams and their importance in the context of community work.
- Team Building Mechanisms: Strategies for forming cohesive and effective teams to achieve collaboration and success.
- Team Organization Mechanisms: How to organize roles and responsibilities within the team to ensure effective performance.
- Stakeholder Analysis: Evaluating and classifying key stakeholders based on their importance and influence.
- Vision and Mission Definition: Crafting a clear and inspiring vision and mission that guides the work of organizations.
- Value Definition: Identifying core values that strengthen organizational culture and guide behavior.
- Strategic Goal Setting: Developing measurable strategic goals that align with organizational aspirations.
