SYCAC has initiated a remarkable project in Northwestern Syria, with the goal of contributing to the integration of individuals with disabilities into both society and the job market. 12 participants were trained, including 5 women, in project management and skill development. They've honed their abilities in strategic planning, problem-solving, and adapting to changes while avoiding common project management pitfalls.
This initiative is paving the way for these talented individuals to fully embrace the local job market, boosting their self-confidence and capabilities. They are on the path to achieving financial and social independence.
