As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the capacities of Community Committees, SYCAC has launched the fourth training module, titled "Proposal Writing", with the participation of 12 trainees selected from Community Committees in four areas of rural Afrin. The training will last six consecutive days, offering a comprehensive approach that combines theoretical knowledge and practical applications to ensure a deep understanding of strategic planning and proposal development tools.
