As part of the planned training series to enhance the capacities of community-based organizations in Northern Aleppo, the first session of Project Management training has been launched, targeting 16 trainees working in the programs department within the selected community-based organizations.
The session focused on providing a comprehensive introduction to project management in the development sector, covering the following key topics:
1- Introduction and definitions related to project management in the development sector.
2- Project lifecycle model in the development sector (explanation of all project phases).
3- Responsibilities and competencies of a project manager.
4- Project design and best practices in design.
5- Problem tree and objectives tree.
This training aims to enhance the project management skills of the participants, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to design and implement projects more effectively, thereby helping their organizations achieve their goals and create a positive impact in the communities they serve.
