Introductory session in Barisha

To involve local communities in designing and implementing projects and enhancing community ownership of interventions in northwest Syria, as well as to promote accountability and gather recommendations and lessons learned from the community, the SYCAC Organization held an introductory session on the project "Empowering Women and Youth as Key Partners in Building Resilient Communities in Northwest Syria." This session, held in Barisha, was attended by community leaders, including both women and men, as well as representatives from community teams, initiatives, and civil society organizations.
During the session, participants were introduced to the organization and its activities, and the organization’s complaints policy was explained. Various discussions were conducted on how to implement the project optimally with active community participation.
