As part of the project to enhance the capacities of community-based organizations in Northern Aleppo, a specialized team from SYCAC conducted a series of interviews with the CBOs registered through the previously published form.
A total of 16 individual interviews were conducted with organizations that were selected according to specific criteria relevant to the project's work sectors, and we are currently working on selecting 8 CBOs that met the highest selection criteria, based on a thorough evaluation of their performance and areas of work.
The selected organizations will be part of an intensive training program aimed at strengthening their capacities and improving the organization of their work in a professional and systematic manner.
We are very excited to begin this inspiring journey with the selected organizations and look forward to seeing their positive impact on the communities they serve.
