Under the "Beit Al-Mouna" initiative, six specialized training sessions on food production and drying techniques were conducted, with the participation of 12 women from the village of Naddah.

✅ Production of dairy products and cheeses using innovative and healthy methods.
✅ Drying techniques for crops and fruits to preserve them for extended periods.
🔹 Activity Objectives:
✅ Empower women with practical skills to start home-based projects.
✅ Support women in achieving sustainable income and improving their families’ livelihoods.
✅ Raise awareness about the importance of food processing industries as a means of preserving resources and reducing waste.
💡 Key Outcomes:
The participants showed great engagement during the sessions and demonstrated a strong commitment to applying their newly acquired skills, reflecting the vital role of women in fostering economic and social development.
