SYCAC concluded the "Leadership and People Management" training for CBOs in North Aleppo, where organization leaders participated in the final session that focused on key topics related to the development and implementation of public policies.
The session aimed to enable leaders to formulate effective policies that contribute to improving the performance of their organizations and increasing their positive impact in the community.

- Definition and Importance of Public Policies: Discussing the concept of public policies and their vital role in guiding organizations toward achieving their goals.
- Role of Public Policies: How public policies contribute to directing strategies and making critical decisions.
- Policy Formulation and Prioritization: The process of setting priorities and designing public policies to meet the actual needs of communities.
- Policy Formulation and Decision Making: How to formulate effective policies based on accurate data and analyses.
- Policy Implementation, Monitoring, and Evaluation: Mechanisms for implementing public policies and methods for monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness for continuous improvement.
