Recognizing the necessity of empowering women to achieve their full potential and acknowledging the various multifaceted challenges they face, the organization "SYCAC" has developed a methodology to empower women by charting a path of empowerment and guidance that meets the actual needs of women. Additionally, it sheds light on the gaps in empowerment existing within programs for empowering Syrian women. The methodology is designed based on a broad analysis involving a group of Syrian women, delving deep into the foundations of knowledge and prevailing skills among Syrian women. It meticulously studies the different dimensions of empowerment gaps that hinder their progress, analyzing the disparities in women's participation across societal fields, as well as their constrained involvement in the intricate fabric of political, economic, social, and peace-building domains.
