As part of the series of dialogue sessions led by SYCAC across various Syrian governorates, and through the Syrian Peacebuilding Club, a dialogue session was held in the city of Azaz in March 2025. The session brought together 17 participants, including 8 women, and featured community activists, members of the Peacebuilding Club in Aleppo, as well as a number of local leaders.
The session aimed to discuss the conflict mapping report in Aleppo, prepared by SYCAC through the Syrian Peacebuilding Club. The discussion focused on analyzing local conflicts in terms of their root causes, patterns of escalation, and key influential actors. The session provided participants with the opportunity to exchange perspectives on ways to enhance community dialogue and to develop effective mechanisms for addressing ongoing conflicts.
