SYCAC has successfully concluded the sixth training module, "Designing and Writing Community Initiatives," as part of the project "Empowering Women and Youth as Key Partners in Building Resilient Communities in Northwest Syria." The training brought together 16 participants (9 women - 7 men) from selected local organizations.

✅ Approaches to writing community initiative proposals
✅ Identifying target groups and their needs
✅ Developing clear action plans for initiatives
✅ Designing activities aligned with available resources
✅ Establishing indicators to measure initiative impact
✅ Reviewing and refining initiatives before implementation
🎯 Training Objective:
This module aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills to design and formulate impactful community initiatives. Following the training, the participating teams will implement their initiatives within their respective communities, contributing to sustainable positive change.
