As part of the “Afrin Bridges – Play Brings Us Together” initiative, implemented by SYCAC Organization in partnership with the Step Team, the “Community Dialogue Facilitation Skills Training” concluded in Afrin as the first step toward building a cadre of women leaders capable of driving positive change and strengthening social cohesion.
The training was delivered within the framework of the “Women Leaders of Change” program, which aims to equip women with effective dialogue and community facilitation skills, enabling them to work with children and families and lead activities that build bridges of trust among different segments of society.
Community dialogue facilitation is not merely a technical skill set; it is a key tool for opening channels of communication and transforming differences into opportunities for understanding and connection particularly in communities that require renewed trust and a stronger sense of shared belonging.
