A dialogue session with employers

Supported by SYCAC, the #I_Can initiative team organized a dialogue session attended by 21 participants, including 8 women of civil society organizations, early recovery entities, and employers, alongside participants with disabilities.

The session aimed to bridge communication between early recovery organizations and employers on one side and individuals with disabilities on the other. It shed light on the challenges facing people with disabilities in accessing employment opportunities and emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts to enhance these prospects. This session served as a unique opportunity to foster effective integration of individuals with disabilities into the job market.
