As part of the “One Community – Women Are Life” Initiative, implemented by SYCAC Organization in partnership with the Azar Youth Team in Afrin, a specialized training workshop on Personal Development and Effective Communication Skills was conducted to strengthen women's capacities and empower them to play a more active role within their communities.
The workshop featured a series of interactive sessions focusing on building self-confidence, enhancing communication skills, facilitating constructive dialogue, and expressing ideas clearly and effectively. These skills contribute to fostering positive relationships based on mutual respect and cooperation, while encouraging greater participation of women in community initiatives and activities.
This workshop is part of SYCAC Organization’s ongoing commitment to empowering women and strengthening their meaningful participation in community life by developing their personal and leadership skills. Through such initiatives, SYCAC aims to increase women's confidence, enhance their ability to communicate and influence, and support the development of more cohesive and sustainable communities.
